Wondering what to do with all that extra Halloween candy? A local dentist's office is hosting their annual Halloween candy buy back program.

The program is called Sweet Swap and it's hosted by Fox and Broermann Pediatric Dentistry

According to Sweet Swap's Facebook page, the program rewards children who want to trade their candy for prizes for their school.

"We don't want the kids to eat five pounds of candy. I mean, yes it's great job security but at the same time, I mean, we're in prevention we're not about trying to promote cavities," says Jeff Broermann with Fox and Broermann.

The prizes this year include a $1000 donation and pizza party, according to organizers of the page.

The collected candy will be sent to troops overseas through Blue Star mothers.
