Firefighters quickly put out a pair of small fires outside a west Tulsa Bank early Tuesday morning.
Firefighters responded to the Employees Federal Credit Union near 17th and Southwest Boulevard just after 4 a.m.
One fire was at the entrance of the building and the other was in a flower bed.
Crews said the heat from the fire shattered a window.
Tulsa fire investigators said they need the public's help in identifying the suspect depicted in the attached pictures.
