Court records reveal a 13-year-old victim, who was kidnaped from North Carolina and found safe in Oklahoma, met the suspect online three months ago.

Investigators say 23-year-old Jacob Gardea took the girl from her home, then took her to a motel in Checotah, where he forced her to have sex.
After a three-day search, the FBI found them and arrested Gardea.
Gardea now faces several felony charges.
The girl is in protective custody and waiting to be reunited with her family.
