The suspected gunman in a deadly shooting at an east Tulsa hookah lounge back in June has been charged with first-degree murder.

Armando Rodriguez-Suarez was charged in Tulsa County in the death of Mohammad Elkour, who was a security guard at the hookah lounge.
Elkour was shot in the chest and later died at the hospital.
