Tulsa police officers attempted to make a traffic stop early Sunday evening.
They said the suspect, Anthony Rucker, attempted to run from them before entering a vehicle. Once he was in the vehicle, police said Rucker intentionally drove into a TPD officer striking him with the car.
During the pursuit, they said Rucker also destroyed evidence by eating it.
Anthony Rucker was arrested on charges of assault and battery with a deadly weapon, endangering others by eluding, destroying evidence, and resisting arrest.
