TULSA - A suspect is in custody after wrecking a stolen vehicle in east Tulsa pursuit.
Police say Billy Simpson and another person fled the vehicle in a neighborhood along South 168th East Avenue after crashing through fences and driving through multiple backyards during the pursuit.
Officials say Simpson was wanted in Wagoner County for multiple car thefts.
K-9 officers assisted in the search while police set up a perimeter in the area. Simpson is now in custody, while police search for the other suspect.
A portion of East Admiral Place was shut down during the pursuit.
