A man in custody for a murder warrant in relation to the kidnapping and death of Chazz Holly will be in court this week.
James Jones is expected to appear for a preliminary hearing Wednesday.
Holly, who had cerebral palsy and delayed cognitive reasoning, was reported missing from his parents' Talala home in June.
Family members, along with Bridging the Gap volunteers, searched for weeks to find Holly. Eventually a tip led those searching to discover Holly near the Indian Nation Turnpike.
Three other suspects are also in custody for the murder: Sidney Randall, Vernon Smith and William Garrett.
