After nearly two decades, Authorities finally have shed light on answers involving a cold case from the 1990s.
William Reece was extradited to Oklahoma after serving time in a prison in Texas for a kidnapping. He recently led Oklahoma authorities to the remains of two women who vanished almost 20 years ago.
A judge recently waived his right to be tried within 120 days. His attorney said Reece cooperated with authorities because he hoped to avoid the death penalty in Oklahoma.
