Around 7:40 a.m. Sunday morning, Tulsa Fire Fighters responded to the area of Highway 169 and East 11th street for an apartment fire.

Fire fighters helped multiple people evacuate from the adjacent apartments.

One resident suffered a burn to his arm while escaping the apartment.

During the investigation, it was apparent that there were multiple points inside the apartment where a fire was intentionally being started by the resident.

Witnesses identified the resident as Cassia Anderson.

Anderson was found with two functional lighters on her person at the time of arrest.

Anderson was charged with arson 1st degree and endangering life during arson.

The American Red Cross responded to assist the seven adults and two children that were displaced by the fire.
