CREEK COUNTY, Okla. – The man accused in the 2012 wildfire that destroyed hundreds of homes is now out on bond.
Billy Cloud was released on $100,000 bond Wednesday, according to official documents. Cloud was arrested in April, four years after allegedly starting the fire that charred nearly 60,000 acres.
Cloud's arrest was the result of a warrant sweep in Creek County conducted by members of the Northern Oklahoma Violent Crimes Task Force and Deputies from the Creek County Sheriff’s Office.
