TULSA - A Tulsa man is in custody after a standoff in north Tulsa concluded Wednesday evening.

Police say 53-year-old Thomas Skinner shot at his land lord Tuesday night after an argument earlier in the day, but the landlord was not injured.

Officers say they spotted Skinner's truck near North Madison and 51st Street North just before 6 p.m. Wednesday.

They say they held Skinner at gunpoint, but he took off running into nearby house.

Police say the occupants of the house exited, but Skinner remained in the home.

Officials say they fired pepper ball round into the home and located Skinner in the attic, and arrested him.

Skinner was arrested on three counts of pointing a deadly weapon, three warrants and an additional charge of resisting arrest.
