TULSA -- Police are investigating after two people were stabbed in east Tulsa early Monday morning.
The stabbing happened at the Whispering Oaks Apartments just after midnight Monday.
Police say Fermine Hernandez, 29, stabbed two people after an argument. Both victims are expected to survive.
Hernandez was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.
