Officers were able to track a suspect using GPS intelligence this week following a vehicle pursuit.

A vehicle was reported stolen Tuesday morning at the QuikTrip located at 1202 W. 23rd. Authorities used GPS tracking to find the stolen vehicle in the area of 11th and S. Erie Avenue.
When officers attempted to speak with the person, Clark Gatwood, driving the reported stolen vehicle, they sped off and the pursuit ensued.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol was able to locate the suspect in a parking lot at 1324 N. Sheridan Road. After Gatwood refused to comply with orders given by Tulsa police, he was tased by an officer.
Gatwood was arrested and booked on stolen vehicle AFCF, eluding and resisting.
