TULSA -- Surveillance video shows a former Uber driver and his alleged victim hugging the morning after she says she was raped.

In May, a woman filed a complaint with Tulsa Police saying she was raped by former Uber driver David Knight.

According to the affidavit, the woman said she called an Uber to take her home after a night of drinking on Cherry Street. Instead of taking her home, the woman said Knight took her to his home.

The woman told police she does not remember much about the night but does remember Knight on top of her at one point.

The affidavit said the woman woke up in Knight's bed the next morning without clothes on. He then took her back to where she left her car the night before.

Surveillance video shows the two pulling up into a parking lot on Cherry Street the next morning in the black Honda Accord that the woman said picked her up hours earlier.

Both Knight and the alleged victim got out of the car and walked towards her car. They are seen hugging and parting ways.

The affidavit says once the alleged victim got home, she noticed bruising on her thighs and went to the hospital for a sexual assault exam. DNA evidence was found on the woman.

Knight is due in court for arraignment Tuesday morning.
