Construction on East 41st St. is wrapping up.
East 41st St. is now open to two-way traffic between South Garnett Rd. and S. 129TH East Ave.
The construction is part of a street rehabilitation project. There is now a center turning lane and sidewalk on the north side of the street.
The City of Tulsa says crews still have to put down permanent stripping, which will include intermittent lane closures.
The project cost $1.6 million and was funded by the 2014 Improve Our Tulsa bond issue.
