- Tulsa: 1,969
- Wagoner: 313
- Washington: 1,256
TPD says several locations are downed power lines:
- 2100 E. Oklahoma St.
- 9700 E. 51st St.
- 6300 E. 32nd St.
- 500 E. 43rd St. North
- 9100 E. Newton
Nowata County Sheriff's Office reported phone service is back up after losing it at around 4:30 p.m.
