TULSA — The city of Tulsa says a storm sewer caved in Wednesday afternoon near downtown.
The cave-in was near East 20th Street and South Cincinnati Avenue.
South Cincinnati Avenue is closed between East 19th and 21st Streets. and 20th Street is closed between Cincinnati Avenue and Detroit Avenue.
