A chase ensued Thursday night after a passenger of a truck tossed a beer can out the window, prompting an officer to investigate the tags.
Tulsa police say they were led on a chase after the tags revealed the truck was reported stolen.
The driver took off and during the chase a passenger jumped out and ran away. Officers were able to arrest the driver, 18, after he eventually stopped the truck.
Overall, two juveniles were taken into custody.
