According to the Stillwater Police Department, officers responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon near 4100 West Westbrook.
When officers arrived they learned that an adult male was shot in the residence by a juvenile male.
The victim was transported to a local hospital for treatment, where he later succumbed to his wounds and died.
The juvenile suspect was taken into custody, the weapon used was also recovered.
