State Rep. Dean Davis Jail Phone Calls Released

Earlier this month State Representative Dean Davis, District 98, was arrested on charges of a DUI, speeding, and obstructing an officer.

The calls from Broken Arrow Jail were recorded August 2nd.

Davis made phone calls to two state lawmakers and Tulsa County Sheriff, Vic Regalado.

In the phone call to State Representative T.J. Marti, District 75, Davis said "All DUI's go through county they have to go through their district court, which I can talk to the DA's which then they'll drop it. and so there's the thing right there. Hey, Hey. I know. Hey, don't be cocky and piss those guys off. I'm not."

Davis has also had multiple speeding infractions in the past:

In Payne County one in 1996.

In Wagoner County one in 1998.

In Tulsa County one in 2002 and one in 2010.
