Stabbing Suspect Arrested at Tulsa Apartment Complex

Tulsa Police Officers responded to the area of East 31st Street and South Mingo Road to an apartment complex for reports of a stabbing.

A resident told police that the victim came to her door, said she need police because she was just stabbed, then walked back upstairs.

When officers arrived on scene, several witnesses pointed out the suspect.

Megan Foutcher covered in the victim's blood on her arms and clothes.

The victim sustained fifteen to twenty stab/slash wounds to her face, arms, chest and shoulders; the victim was transported to a local hospital.

Foutcher was arrested on the charge of assault with a deadly weapon.
