SPERRY -- Sperry Police Chief Justin Burch wrote himself a speeding ticket after he said he received a complaint from a citizen.
In a social media post Saturday, Burch said he was traveling 75 to 80 miles per hour on 103rd Street North. He said he had a reason to be in a hurry, but his speed was not reasonable.
