TULSA — Tulsa police have issued a Silver Alert for an 85-year-old man who was last seen Tuesday night in south Tulsa.
Carl Rupe was last seen near the 9000 block of East 65th Street at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday wearing a gray short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and gray tennis shoes.
Police said the person has a medical or physical disability. Police said the man was last seen on foot, has a slight hunchback and wears bifocals.
