MUSKOGEE - Muskogee County authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a missing 65-year-old woman who may be on her way to Chicago from Muskogee.
Hazel Tate, an elderly black woman wearing a charcoal gray hat and a green and white plaid shirt and gray sweatpants, was reported missing Sunday about 8 a.m. and law enforcement said she could be anywhere between Muskogee and Chicago. She was last seen at 1349 S. 134th St. West in Muskogee. Authorities say Tate is driving a Chevy Equinox with Illinois license plates.
