Shots Fired During Midtown Robbery

TULSA - Officers responded to the Sonic at 120 S. Utica around 11:45 Tuesday night for a report of shots fired during a robbery.

Police say a man in his 30s got into the restaurant, pulled out a handgun and demanded money.

Investigators tell 2 Works for You the man then chased employees around the store and out into the parking lot. That's when they say he fired into the air and ran off on foot heading west.

A Tulsa Police K-9 tried to track the suspect with no success.

Police say the suspect didn't get any cash. No one was hurt.
