TULSA -- A man was arrested after police say he was detained by a citizen after an east Tulsa shooting Friday.
Just before 7 p.m. Friday night, police were called to the 2200 block of South 99 East Avenue after neighbors reported hearing shots fired. After arriving, they found the victim holding one of the suspects, Raymond Johnson at gunpoint.
During the investigation, a victim told police that about an hour before the shooting one of the suspects knocked on his door, asking for someone who doesn't live there.
Later in the day, the victim said the suspects came back and started shooting. The man returned fire and chased the suspects.
One of the suspects was detained by the victim at an apartment complex in the area.
Johnson was arrested for shooting with intent to kill, 2 counts of shooting into an occupied dwelling, possession of a firearm while in commission of a felony and knowingly concealing stolen property.
Johnson was treated for a minor head injury, according to police.
