TULSA — Tulsa police have released the name of the man shot at a midtown Whataburger early Wednesday morning.
Police say the man shot was 30-year-old Eldon Mustin.
Officers found Mustin had been shot multiple times at the Whataburger near Cherry Street and Peoria.
Officers say they found the suspect at his home, after he had fled the scene.
Police say after viewing video of the incident and interviewing multiple witnesses, they decided not to arrest the suspect.
Police say Mustin appeared to be the aggressor and was armed.
