MOUNDS, Okla. — The Tulsa County Sheriff's Office is investigating an animal cruelty case in Bixby on Wednesday.
The investigation is in the 800 block of East 161st Street South.
The sheriff's office received a tip about the property, and officials said they found dozens of goats, sheep and pigs in need of medical care.
Dozens of dead animals, in various stages of decay, were also found on the property.
Officials said it was unclear where the owner of the home was. Deputies expect to be at the scene for a while.
