SHAWNEE, Okla. -- A Shawnee Police Department sergeant was arrested Wednesday on an accusation of child abuse.
Darryl Bordeaux, 52, was arrested by Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation agents on one count of child abuse.
Bordeaux was a 20-year veteran with the department.
He was booked into the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center and placed on paid administrative leave.
