The 2 Works for You weather team is tracking the potential for severe storms and more rainfall across the area on Wednesday.
Severe weather is possible today, mainly across SE Oklahoma with strong winds, hail and a few tornadoes possible.
The highest threat for a potential tornado would be in the McAlester area.

Heavy rainfall is expected today in the southern portions of Green Country. 2-4 inches in some spots possible. In Tulsa, we will see around 1-2 inches of rain.
The timeline for any severe weather threat is from noon to 6 p.m.
