Tulsa police said a semi-truck jackknifed and its trailer flipped on the northwest corner of IDL where I-244 and Highway 412 meet.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol says one lane on Hwy 412 is blocked.
OHP says the semi lost its load of plastic pipes after going too fast on a turn.
No injuries have been reported, OHP said.
