Police identify 32-year-old Elbert Kennon Wednesday morning as the man who fled from a hit and run in a semi truck, drove the wrong way on Riverside, then resisted arrest from Tulsa police officers.
Tulsa police have found and arrested the driver of a semi-truck that drove the wrong way on Interstate 44 and struck several cars.
TPD said the semi-truck was driving in the wrong direction on I-44 near Harvard when he struck a yellow vehicle.
Officers said the driver got off on Riverside Drive until he reached River Spirit Casino where he ditched the semi in one of the casino driveways and walked toward the Southern Villa Mobile Home Park near 86th and Lewis.
No injuries have been reported, police said.
