TULSA -- The second suspect in a double shooting was taken into custody Saturday morning.
Police say Dominic Marshall turned himself in Saturday after seeing himself on the news.

His brother, Marquis Marshall was already behind bars. Both are accused of shooting two women Friday morning in north Tulsa.
One woman is in critical condition, say authorities. Right now, police are unsure of the motive behind the shooting.
