Tulsa police have arrested a second suspect in the murder of a 43-year-old man in Turley, they say.
Phillip Morgan was arrested on Wednesday afternoon and a warrant for his arrest was issued on Tuesday.
Investigators say the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office took Morgan into custody with the assistance of the U.S. Marshals Task Force.
Monta Guyton was arrested earlier this week.
Hampton’s body was found on Saturday in brush near 63rd Street North and North Garrison, police say.
