SAPULPA, Okla. — Sapulpa High School's marching band is performing this Friday at Disney World's Christmas parade.
More than 100 people, including band members, parents and instructors, are in Orlando for the parade. They left on Thursday morning and will come back next week.
The band's director says it's the first time they get selected to perform in Disney World in at least 11 years. They had to send an audition tape to be chosen. The band has also performed in New York's Veteran's Day Parade in the past.
The parade starts at 1:30 p.m. ET.
