SAPULPA, Okla. – The Sapulpa Board of Education voted to terminate the contract of the current superintendent.
Kevin Burr was given a thirty day notice of his termination this week following an executive session Board meeting held Tuesday evening.
Earlier in June, an elementary principal, Bobby Alfred, resigned after working with the district for more than 40 years.
So far, the Sapulpa Board of Education has not commented on the superintendent's termination.
