SAND SPRINGS, Okla. - A 13-year-old was charged with first degree arson after a fire was allegedly intentionally set at the Clyde Boys Middle School Tuesday morning.
After investigating, firefighters determined that the fire originated in the girls bathroom and was intentionally set. Evidence led investigators to the teen.
Officials say after evaluating the evidence, the teen was arrested and charged with first degree arson.
At least 13 students complained of breathing problems. The students were treated and released to their parents. No one was hospitalized.
