OSAGE COUNTY, Okla. — A Sand Springs boy recently received a special escort on his way back to school after a Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis.
The boy, Corbin, returned to Anderson School in Sand Springs, and was given a ride by the Osage County Sheriff's Office.
Corbin was diagnosed with the disease in October, and had been unable to attend school since then.
He was given a ride to school by Officer Mike Stasyszen, complete with sirens, the school said on Facebook.
