TULSA - A Tulsa County business man and law enforcement officer has announced his candidacy for Tulsa County Sheriff.
Russell Crow says his 18-years at the Tulsa Sheriff's office and police department qualifies him for the office.
Crow also says he's committed to conservative principals and advocates a limited government.
