CLAREMORE — The Rogers County Fair in September is taking steps to be inclusive for the second year in a row.

Sign-ups are open for the "Pals with Pigs" program. It allows children, teens and adults with special needs to show animals in the livestock arena.

4-H and Future Farmers of America members become mentors and help participants in the arena with the pigs.

A limited amount of spots are available to participate. Call Regina Crouch at 918-640-4327 to get information and to sign up.

Crouch is also looking for businesses to donate prizes for the participants. If you are able to help, call her at the number above.

The Rogers County Fair starts September 12th at the Claremore Expo Center.
