Everyone is invited to participate in the upcoming fun, free, Monster Mash Dash 5k and 1-mile fun run-walk.
The event marks the finish of RoCo Fit's 2019 fall session.
The run is a fun Mock race, so there is no registration or official timing, but they will have a clock running for the entire race, officials say.
The Monster Mash Dash will be the first time many of their Couch to 5k program participants have finished 3.1 miles in a race.
Officials say all ages and fitness levels are welcome to participate, celebrate and cheer on everyone as they make their goal of a 5k.
Comfortable costumes that allow walking or running safely are encouraged.
The fun run-walk will be held today, October 22, at 6:00 p.m. located at Claremore Lake Park.
