Saturday night, Oklahoma Highway Patrol responded to the area of 915 E. Apperson Road, just South of Vinita.
The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
The driver, a 49-year-old male, was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Tulsa via Air-Evac and admitted in critical condition for several injuries.
The passenger, a 41-year-old female, was transported to St. Francis and later released.
