TULSA---The older of two brothers accused of killing five family members is now in the custody of Oklahoma Department of Corrections.
Robert Bever, 20, is currently undergoing a routine assessment in Lexington, Oklahoma.
Earlier this month, Bever pleaded guilty to killing his parents and three siblings and was sentenced to life in prison without parole. DOC officials will later determine where he will serve his sentence.
