TULSA - Former Tulsa County Reserve Deputy Robert Bates is expected to make an appearance in court Monday.
An allen hearing is scheduled for 9:30 Monday morning. The hearing will allow both sides to enter evidence they've discovered during the investigation.
Bates is charged with manslaughter in the death of an unarmed man during a drug sting last year.
Bates pleaded not guilty, saying he confused his gun for his taser. The case also led to misdemeanor charges and the resignation of former Sheriff Stanley Glanz.
