Saturday afternoon, three Tulsa Police Officers responded to a strong-arm robbery in progress.
The victim was at the car wash when a black male forced his way into her car.
The suspect, Evaristo Osorio, forced the victim to drive to the Walmart at 31st and Garnett and told her to get money from the ATM.
The victim hid inside the Walmart, and Osorio fled when he realized police were headed to the area.
Police used surveillance footage to determine Osorio left the area in a red corolla.
The car was stopped by TPD and Osorio was detained.
Evaristo Osorio is charged with kidnapping and robbery.
