The University of Oklahoma Board of Regents voted to approve the sale of alcoholic beverages at athletic events, according to a report.
The campus newspaper, the OU Dailly says regents made the change in their Wednesday meeting.
The Daily reports sales will begin with men’s and women’s basketball and continue throughout the sports calendar. Alcohol sales at football games will begin in 2019, the newspaper says.
Oklahoma State University already sells alcohol at its events.
