If you've ever wanted to see the Super Bowl in person, you have the chance to win free tickets. The catch is you have to help save a life.
Thankfully, that's a lot easier than it sounds. The Red Cross and NFL are teaming up to curb a critical need for blood donors.
The Red Cross says they have less than a three-day supply of type "O" blood.
During the holidays there are fewer donations, because many drives are postponed.
"Every two seconds somebody in our country needs blood regardless of what the date is on the calendar, but for instance, between Christmas and New Year's, we saw 500 fewer blood drives across the country," said Jan Hale with the American Red Cross.
If you donate blood or platelets between now and Jan. 19, you will be entered for a chance to win two tickets to the Super Bowl in Miami, round-trip airfare, and hotel accommodations.
