TULSA — Reasor's announced they are now offering grocery delivery services.
Officials with Reasor's says they have partnered with DoorDash, the fastest-growing and largest last-mile logistics that is operating in more than 4,000 cities in the United States and Canada, to make this option available to their customers.
This partnership will allow for all Reasor's locations, except the Langley and Tahlequah stores, to provide both curbside and delivery when customers place an order through Reasors.com or their mobile app.
"With the onset of Covid-19, Reasor’s has been working hard to provide the highest quality groceries to its valued customers. In addition to ramping up supplies, personnel, and capabilities, Reasor’s has also added this, as another option of home delivery. The new delivery service, will allow Reasor’s customers to receive their groceries on their front porch with minimal-to-no personal contact," says Reasor's officials.
When customers pick the grocery delivery option, officials say a Reasor's personal shopper with shop for the groceries and then a "Dasher" from DoorDash will deliver the groceries to them.
A charge of $8.50 for up to two miles will be charged, then an additional $1.00 fee will be added for every mile after two, with an eight mile maximum, Reasor's officials say. There will be no subscriptions or price markups, only a $30 minimum order is necessary.
“This partnership will give our customers a choice when shopping our site, whether they want pickup or delivery. Our customers can have the best of Reasor’s items delivered to their door with the click of a button,” said Jeff Reasor, CEO of Reasor’s.
