As many of us are putting the finishing touches on our Christmas preparations, many devastated by May's flooding have little to celebrate.
"I'd love to have a Christmas tree and decorate my house up pretty you know but you can't decorate a disaster," Iva Sue Casinger, whose home was damaged in May floods, says. "If I could just get help on the flooring and walls I'd be happy."
For Christmas this year, many of our neighbors in need just want help putting their homes and lives back together.
