TULSA -- Power has been restored to thousands of Tulsa residents after an issue with a transformer caused a brief outage.
Sunday, nearly 3,000 customers lost power throughout Tulsa, reports the Public Service Company of Oklahoma.
A spokesperson with PSO says an issue with a transformer occurred at a substation on the west side of the Arkansas River, causing the outage.
